Your First Visit:
After choosing Lifecare Chiropractic and Wellness, we will evaluate you thoroughly after a detailed consultation. The functional exam performed during your first visit is performed to find out where the pain is coming from and why. After the exam, a report of findings will be presented to you to explain the cause of your pain. A treatment plan is presented to address your individual health needs.

Insurance Coverage:
Dr. Kamara is in network with various PPO insurance carriers including BlueCross BlueShield of IL and Medicare. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding chiropractic coverage with your insurance. We do accept all insurances, even if we are not an in-network provider.
Massage Therapy:
Terri is our incredible massage therapist on site. She specializes in relaxation and therapeutic massage. Massages are available, by appointment, Monday-Saturday.
